Acceptance and authorised commitments
By using this website or confirming an order, you agree to the applicable terms. Only commitments recorded in an authorised written quotation, agreement, invoice or warranty certificate are binding. Website descriptions, visuals, calculators and conversations are general information and do not replace the final written project specification.
Quotations, measurements and pricing
- Validity, taxes, payment milestones, delivery, transport and scope are governed by the written quotation.
- Roof area may differ from floor area and is confirmed through the approved measurement or billed sheet quantity stated in the quotation.
- Rates apply only to the specified model, colour, coating, accessories, fabrication scope and site conditions.
- Additional civil work, demolition, access arrangements, structural strengthening, concealed conditions or client-requested changes are chargeable when excluded from the original scope.
Payments, changes and cancellation
Payment stages, cancellation conditions, refund eligibility and material ordering are governed by the accepted quotation or agreement. Work, procurement or dispatch may be paused for overdue amounts. Once customised materials, fabrication or colour-specific orders are initiated, changes may be restricted and related costs may become non-refundable.
Project execution and client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate project information, safe and timely site access, approved drawings or decisions, electricity and storage where agreed, and a work area free from avoidable obstruction. Timelines may change because of rain, unsafe conditions, design revisions, delayed approvals or payments, material availability, transport disruption, force majeure or conditions outside M4S Homes’ reasonable control.
Product appearance and samples
Stone-coated roofing uses textured granules and can show normal batch, shade or surface variation. Digital colours and photographs are indicative. Final selection should be confirmed against the approved physical sample where provided. Minor visual variation that does not materially affect intended performance is not automatically a defect.
Warranty eligibility requires the complete M4S Homes roofing system.
Project warranty will be issued only where the approved roofing system—including specified materials, supporting fabrication, accessories, fasteners, installation and required detailing—is supplied and executed by M4S Homes or its expressly authorised team, and the warranty is confirmed through a written M4S Homes warranty certificate.
Material-only purchases, client-arranged fabrication, third-party installation, unauthorised modification or partial execution do not automatically qualify for M4S Homes’ project workmanship or system warranty. Any manufacturer’s standalone material warranty, if applicable, remains subject to that manufacturer’s separate written conditions.
Warranty exclusions
Unless expressly covered in writing, warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by structural movement, inadequate pre-existing structure, civil leakage unrelated to the roofing system, extreme events beyond the stated specification, impact, chemicals, salt or industrial exposure outside the selected grade, improper maintenance, unauthorised walking or loading, drilling, cutting, repainting, solar or equipment installation, third-party repair, misuse or alterations after handover.
Inspection and claims
Concerns must be reported promptly with project details, photographs and reasonable access for inspection. The applicable remedy, if a valid covered defect is confirmed, will be determined under the written warranty and may involve repair or replacement of the affected covered work. No person may promise a warranty remedy beyond the authorised written document.
Liability and third parties
To the extent permitted by law, M4S Homes is responsible only for its confirmed contractual scope. It is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party work, client-supplied designs or materials, concealed structural conditions, or use contrary to instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property and website use
M4S Homes branding, page content, product presentation, photographs, graphics and downloadable materials may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission, except for personal evaluation of an M4S Homes project.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written communication. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum jurisdiction, courts having jurisdiction in Mangaluru, Karnataka will govern disputes connected with M4S Homes services.
